From June 20th to September 12th, stays are restricted to Saturday arrivals and departures only.

What’s INCLUDED in your stay:
Wi-Fi, parking area, laundry room with washing machines, bed linen and towels (complimentary weekly linen change), heating, air conditioning, pool access with sun loungers and umbrellas.

SERVICES NOT INCLUDED  IN THE PRICE:

• Extra bed (subject to availability): €100.00 per week; €25.00 per night (for daily stays). Children under 3  stay for free.
• Final cleaning fee (mandatory for weekly stays only): €40.00 for studio, €60.00 for one-bedroom and two-bedroom apartment
•  Tourist Tax (Municipality of Scarlino) €1.50 per person per night for guests over 11 years of age, up to a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.

Traveling with a FURRY FRIEND?
Please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if we can accomodate your dog.
Factors such as breed, period of stay, or the number of pets already on-site may affect availability. We review each request individually to ensure a relaxing and hygienic environment for all our guests.
Pet cleaning fee: €40.00 (fixed fee) for weekly stays, or  €6.00 per night for shorter stays.

BOOKING CONDITIONS
To confirm your reservation, a 30 %  deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance must be paid  upon arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY
During the high season, reservations may be cancelled free of charge up to 30 days before the arrival date. For all other seasons, the cancellation deadline varies between 2 and 21 days prior to arrival.
After this deadline, the deposit will be managed as follows: ff the apartment is successfully re-booked for the entire original period, the deposit will be issued as a credit voucher valid for 12 months; otherwise,  the deposit will be forfeited in full.
